Again we see a politician who knows exactly zilch about the title industry. he has just given carte blanche to everry scam artist in our industry to reck havoc on the economy again. The underwriters who love control business and joint ventures will have a field day. when are the politicians going to become educated to the need for oversight on these important issues. We are playing Russian roulette, with all the chambers loaded, with the economy. It is time for a reality check. Maybe prior to election we should send the potential canidate to school to learn what and how they should institute legislation that protects the average voter and not, to quote a phrase, ” the fat cats of special intrest”. Common sence is a luxury item in Washington.
