I am sure that this situation in Washington State happens all over the Country.  There are no provision taking the matter as illegal here.  I am hoping for your patience and time. 		<description>Hello. I am hoping that you can help and direct me with a Title and Deed situation.  I have finally received copies of the actual filings, three different kinds, of Deeds.  One is Statutory Warranty Deed, 2. Warranty Deed and the one I thought I was getting, Deed of Trust. I have a copy of the homeowner&#039;s insurance policy dated to the year 2005. This is the year I purchased the property. They clearly state a landlord&#039;s policy issued for the year the 2004, up to the point that my sellers filed bankruptcy in May of 2005. We signed closing docs that bear these renters signatures as the sellers. As this is not legal, plus their debt has been attached to my public record, I think that my Realtor, Lender, Title Co. and County Assessor have scammed me and I do not own the house I am paying mortgage, taxes, and insurance for. What do make of this? I have put the question to all manner of persons in power only to told &quot;Get a lawyer&quot;. I can not afford one even if I could, I can not find one who will say that I have any sort of problem! I would like the Title Report which was done by Stewart Title and all records held by loan originator as appraisal, Title Status, and Liens etc. I am afraid that I will lose my home because of this. I can elaborate if you are interested and have the tine. Thankyou for any assistance that you can provide!</description>
